Apple has won a lawsuit against some users complained that the Cupertino company regarding the volume emits the ' iPod. The sentence of victory, was published by Reuters, which announced a legal victory on the Apple class-action, the volume of the iPod.
Two U.S. citizens were sued because the iPod to come play music up to 115 dB, a volume which already could cause hearing damage. Since the complaint users shows no harm to people but only a kind of protection to third parties, there are no words to accuse Apple of damage that actually does not exist.
